"The Syncros equipped bike" identification

Hi,

Sorry if the question has already been answered elsewhere (I can't find any reference) but out of curiosity, what's the bike in the below '91 ad from Syncros: nothing special or a well-known bike? The dropouts share similarities with Merlin, but I don't think it's a Merlin. And I don't think it's a Rocky Mountain or Koga Miyata either.

Any idea of the mentioned RekTek-built Rocky Mountain? Titanium? The dropouts of the Syncros bike differ from the bikes in the Rocky catalogs, though. And they also differ from the pictured RekTek bikes I can find here and there

Also think about Lavoie and Asama. Both Canadian. The Asama is very close with same front facing seat QR, monostay mounted cable guide and same dropouts
