First of all - excuse me if this isn't the correct place to post but I thought that this section was the most apt.
I'd forgotten all about this video and have just stumbled back upon it. I've no idea if anyone else has ever shared this on here but for me it represents exactly what the bicycle was meant for - fun, leisure, blowing out cobwebs, pleasure, relaxing, getting your sh*t together etc.
If any of you have a spare 6 mins and 40 secs - turn up the volume, make it full-screen and (hopefully) enjoy. It also has 'special powers' at this time of year because of our UK weather - if anyone else out there has been diagnosed with clinical depression and/or SAD then you'll know where I'm coming from.
I'm not saying that this guy is the best at anything he's doing but, that's pretty much the point - its accessible to all of us no matter what level of experience or fitness.
My favourite bits are the 'cheeky' little bunnyhops up the kerb on the (Schwinn?) cruiser.
Sometimes, if I haven't taken my meds for a few days and am hypersensitive, it actually makes me cry - but I'm a Yorkshire lad so I wouldn't make that public knowledge - please don't tell anyone.
I dare you to watch this and then pretend you don't want to go out and ride - with a big grin on your face.
