The New Half***s Advert

It is a combination of their average to poor products (generally) sold at above average prices, and the low (overall) quality service, again at above average prices, that adds up.

Of course there are some capable mechs working there, how could it be any other way when there are so many outlets?

By the same token getting one of them working on your bike would purely be luck of the draw.

Also pees me off when they take money off people for changing a bulb in their car, a two minute job. They already marked the bulb up by five quid.

hellfrauds are just a shop. supply and demand is the cornerstone of any business. if people didn't pay for it they wouldn't do it.

i am not a fan of the company for other more personal reasons but if the majority of the work they did was below par, surely they wouldn't consistantly be the biggest seller of bikes in the uk?

People don't pay for low quality or poor service.

This kind of argument would suggest we should all accept the status quo and the practises of the likes of Tesco, etc., no?

Remember Ratner's?

exactly, so why do hellfrauds consistently post record profits? weird

imagine where everyone would go if halfarsed didn't exist! the lbs' would be even busier than they are now! then their service levels will drop due to added work load. they would then get bigger, and greedier and start reducing staff wages to get more profit on their bottom line or buying cheaper bikes cos they cant order enough 'good' bikes to meet demand.

Remember Ratner's?

yeah hellfords ex ceo made a similar mistake recently  still my local store is churning out more bso's then ever at the mo
