For me fat chances always looked cool & also anything that jmc rode instantly became cool. A spesh stumpy isnt quirky or exotic but stick jmc on the front cover of dirt on a stumpy...
If you look at what was affordable cool when 1st released then I believe Kona wins hands down. Sometimes being cool means something becomes too popular (in some eyes) & creates sub-division of haters
