Team Marin possibly for sale

Hi I have a Team Marin, I am in the middle of restoring it but my motorbikes and garage build are taking priority, can anyone out there help me with dating and valuing the bike please? has anyone een the one on ebay for £900, it obviously didnt sell, i have some hi quality files to add but cant load them on here for some reason

The frame number has the year in it, e.g a 1992 will be M12XXX.
