Take a Look - all done and tested - semi decent pics

nice job fella, looks lovely ..didn't realise you weren't gonna be using a Campag cassette -that's several issues sorted at once then. :)

Yeah I'm a hideous cheat!

It all works together so well, though - the rock solid parallelism of the campy mech and the crafty cleverness of HG and the big 'ole IG chain

Thanks for your advice about Campy cassettes though!

Oooo good work there ! Liking the campy chainset in particular.
Nice to know the rear mech works well when used with shimano shifters and cassette. I guess the actuation ratios of shimano and campy must be similar (?) for the mech and shifters to work together.

Yep seems to be the same indexed sweetly, the chain just rolls onto the target sprocket like a dream - zero compatability issues

I got the idea from Coolwall, I voted Campy OR groups cool, for obvious reasons while acknowleging where things were sub-optimal

Later when Shimmy were on the block I voted them cool because of awesome technical stuff

So I decided to get a Colnago/Cinelli/Binchi frame and build a mashup to see if I could get a drive train that gave the best of both worlds

Before I found my Cinelli, this Look came up which is super nice and stole all the Campy I had collected

First white bike I've ever owned, Cinelli was intended to be black...

The only shifting issue I can report; is when upshifting my index finger attempts to click an RF+ upshift trigger which isn't there!

I haven't used push/push STIs for so many years!
