ST-MC30 STi units, seven speed for cantilever brakes, from 1993. In vgc, the left shifter is just a smidge sticky sometimes when just moved by hand, but I'm 99% sure that it'll be fine in practice when connected to a derallieur. I'll bung in the gear cables, but bear in mind they are used and may be too short for your bike! Nice n cheap, £13.50 by recorded post.
