Stuck Stem Since September

The subject header pretty much sums this up. I have a Ritchey Force alloy stem stem stuck in the steerer tube. The bolt is out and the wedge moves freely, to a point between the stem itself and the butted part of the steerer. So it's really just corrosion around the stem itself, I guess. I've tried penetrating lube and a large rubber mallet on the stem! I've achieved about a centimetre of movement all winter. Anyone got any eureka advice? Please.

Seal one end of the tube and use either Plusgas or Coke.
Put some handlebars in the stem for extra leverage and put a wheel in the forks to keep it steady.

Thread the Stem Bolt into the wedge........connect a slide hammer to the head of the stem bolt....... and give it a good yank towards the top of the bike.

she'll come out.

just keep adding the oil, try taking a hot air gun to the frame and try getting it nice and hot, (not to hot so the oil goes up) the expansion may just help to unbind some of the corrosion lossen off. then a good amount of torqe shoudl do the job.
