(pics start on the previous page)

Love the biplane forks, the double top tube, and the colour.... think it works really well overall, and the colour-coded wheel decals are a nice subtle touch 8)

Re:

The wide riser bars will be an experiment, as is the 50mm stem.
I've never used risers or bars at 820mm wide, so I've kept my carbon Answer 2020 bars which are 720mm just in case!

Re: ** Stooge Scrambler **

Every now and then I see a bike here and think, "I would ride that to the moon." This is one of those bikes. Mind you, I'd be absolutely terrified of scratching it.

Re: ** Stooge Scrambler 29er **

Love it 8) though i should imagine it looks a little different in person due to the wheel size.

Always liked bikes with twin top tubes, from back in bmx days. And some of the features really add to it overall, the forks like you said and i think the quirky stem really goes well.

And everyone i know who rode 800mm bars all cut them down to a comfortable size :)

Read an interesting article about bar width and how to work out your ideal width, this is the calculation:

For men, bar width Sweet Spot = height in mm x 0.440
For women, bar width Sweet Spot = height in mm x 0.426

My sweet spot width works out at 790.68mm... so I’ll give the wide bars a try, after all it’s not like I’ll be taking it to Fort William!
