Spoke Choices ?

Hi there looking to build a NOS set of XC Pro Wheels up with some arayaRM20s for general XC duties..

Cant decide on the spokes..

Any that stand above the rest for weight / strength .. Suggestions ?

Was also thinking alloy Nips are these still around ?

Always wanted Hope Ti, but scared that they might fail or might cost too much.

For my riding, I have sworn to DT double butted 32 hole and always alloy nipples. My weight has always been between 12 and 13.5 stone.

But, I have been breaking the alloy nipples lately.
May be due to poor wheel build and high stress in the wrong areas caused by poor tensioning.
Alloy nipples are still widely available and in colours too!!!
I now carry spares in my toolbox, for post-ride repairs.

Yea I have always used DTs.. never let me down... but been advised the sapim ? are better.. ? CX Rays ? I think ?

I have had wheels built with Hope Ti,im quite heavy and theyve never broken on me.

DT Rev for lighness
DT Comp for bit stronger, but never had problems with Revs.

No pref on Sapim, except the CX Ray whicj look cool
