Old School Grand Master
Hi guys ,

Been thinking its about time for another project  So what I am looking for is a 17-18" .. "Specialized Team Stumpjumper" I had one of these years ago, but cant remember what year it was.. ? :? I remember it was grey and white , with Prestige tubing.. and had rigid forks and full XT throughout , never seen another , just wondered if any one can point me in the right direction year , and maybe possible location... any links would be very appreciated..

TIA

I have a Team from 1991 in the shed , but it is purple with orange/yellow decals . and it came with xc pro .
in 1992 it was pink with xt , same as Wu bike .

Hi dude.... If I remember the decals may have had orange in the font of the decals , but the frame was def,,, 100% grey and white, with the decals sort of, splitting where the two colours met. the one I had had all XT stuff on and it had GX23 rims on :? :)

pics of mine , it came with xc pro and wheels were the gx21 .

main.php

in 1991 there was a comp version in xt , with gx23 wheels and red decals . Ed has one on here .

the top of the range in 1990 was white with red decals and xt , not sure if it was team or comp .

I cant remember any stumpy after 1990 with the 2 colours split .

  I may have a photo of her somewhere but dont have a scanner for my mac, and the pc is down so could not send it, but will dig around when I get a mo... out and try and describe better,, my memory is on its way   but think its right.. on this occassion,,, really need access to specialized old brochures.. /cats :?

Nice stump BTW.. 8) :)

shame it is broken , need a new seat tube .

and i will remove those horrible stickers .

Yea the stickers are not really my cup of tea.. are you having the tube repaired ? I had a seat tube replaced a few years ago on another steel frame and I was told it was the worst tube to have gone on a bike, and it was the hardest/most expensive tube to be repaired, argos undertook the work and it was top notch... but expensive..
