special seatpost frame bolt

for a Carrera columbus EL frame ca 98`, i need a rather special seatpost bolt..
to insert in the frame, wedging the seatpost..

like pic Bolt 3, from a legnano
needs to be ca 2 cm wide(when inserted), and ca 1 cm tall

dosent LOOK have a similar system?..just on the other side

any info, highly appreciated

It is actually quite different from the Cinelli bolt. It resembles more closely the old Legnano one from the 50's and 60's.

The last time I spoke to them a few years back, they had them available in Italy.

have an expander bolt, from a stem...witch looks excatly like what i need
but way to big.!
and cant mill it..
