the guy i got mine off had a few sets still.

Must be a rich guy, back in old times it was retailing 1500 €. Or SAUS dropped their leftover stock at your bargainer...

I think he picked them up pretty cheaply when Shimano Aust were offloading them.

This one is closer to round-the-block-world-championship than a real DH. Surprised not see the rider using high heels and panties.

Was that the bloke with the twin rotor three pad XT brake set up? Always sounded like a great bit of thinking, but they turned out to be too powerful

At the time there were still a few DH frames with water bottle mounts like my Turner Afterburner frame (no idea why) and there is a mounting bracket which can attach to that or be zipp tied to the frame elsewhere.

I'll find a better picture of the setup for everyone.
