Rust worm?

I’m not sure if this is rust worm but it looks like it. I don’t even know if rust worm are the right words or just a paint fault. It’s not the end of the world type thing but the bike is only a couple of years old . I might be being Ott (not beyond the realms of possibility)

Any advice appreciated.

To me it looks like a flaw in the paint.

It's hard to tell, at first glance I'm with @MattiThundrrr but it needs a little investigating. I would scrape off a little with a scalpel to see if it's rusty underneath. If so it will spread so needs attention - or wait and leave it and do a bigger paint job later.

unlikely to be rust beneath the paint, it looks pretty solid and in the paint, normally the paint would bubble.
