rudge whitworth frame numbers

Hi people does anybody have a list of frame numbers for rudge whitworth bicycles ?
The frame in question is a ladies bike with the serial number on the seat post 94196 R and a serial number on the bottom bracket 600278 Z.

Hi, it looks like a Raleigh serial number format at a guess, they toke over Rudge during WW2, and I think they just stuck a 'R' in front of the serial number, best dig around the web for the various catalogues or try dating the Sturmey 3 Speed, they have a date code as well, thats as long as it is the original one, of course. If you can show us some sharp close up pictures it would help date it. Details of lugs and fork ends fork crown and components generally.

found it in a skip and thought i might be able to use some parts for a restoration project i have lined up on a 1953 sun womans roadster bike.

It's a Raleigh, looks about 1950, but the front forks don't look right, trapped ends unusual on a fully brazed up frame, but must have the 26 threads per inch Raleigh standard.
The Octagonal headset started about 1949.

Did you find your date?

Just got an un-badged Rudge with similar frame number format - 67624R on seat tube and 411248Z on bottom bracket. Hub is a four speed 1973 so is no help. Did you ever successfully date yours?
