Geoffrey Butler - Ishiwata 017

Ishiwata 017 appears to have been developed in 1973, but the gold transfer on yours dates from 1976 to early 80's. Earlier ones were a yellow transfer as seen here in 1974 (below).

Now that I didn't know. I have as of yet only seen the latter ones but I guess with not many Ishiwata framesets in the UK in the early 1970s (1973+) I don't think I will find many if any as I have been informed they first appeared on the continent before the UK. Thank you 😀
 
Roy Thame? - Right time, I have also seen another RT with EO BB shell and serial number in the three o'clock position but higher number and different font style...TJ Quick anyone? 😀

Found on Flickr in the USA. Fork is not like mine so I'm guessing my fork was either replaced for esthetic reasons or because the previous owner had a bump? 😀
