Roller related question

I have also posted this in the road forum, but I know that is a more 'quiet' forum.

Dug out my old rollers over the weekend, as the Mrs has booted me off my turbo trainer cus she wants to use it and leave her bike in and set up on it :roll:

So, I dusted them off and there I was Sunday morning spinning away when all of a sudden 'TWANG', the roller band snaps! :shock:

Anyone know if a) I can get replacement bands and if so b) where from?

Sorry to hear about your predicament. I presume you just slowed to a stop and didn't come off!

Try this guy - http://www.lathes.co.uk/ - he supplies drive belts for all sorts of machine tools including some stuff that you cut to length yourself and heat weld together to the correct length. He may be able to supply you with sufficient length and diameter for the rollers.

I kind of half came off, if that makes sense. It sent me into a wobble and I dropped off the side but managed to unclip in time!

Why don't you look up the manufacturer of your rollers and source the part there?
