Yep, my Fusion had regular seatstays too, but again not as well finished. I've been told by an ex Rocky employee that the Fusion was in fact made overseas but 'finished' in BC so it could have it's made in Canada tag, but I don't know if there's any truth in that.

I still believe all the frames starting with I in the serial number where outsourced in some far away lands (like the Fusion '92)

were ANY of the Blizzards built in Canada at any point in time? Or was it only Altitudes and up?

There's not much further up than Altitudes ? Just the custom bikes.

Thought most blizzard where, just things like the Hammer level, Ti frames early Alu e-stays ? (until they had Alu welders ?) and the Toyo built late 80's frames.

Be interesting to here what them in the know, er know.

At least from some point onwards, the offshore frames were painted in Canada, but I'm not sure it was in BC. Didn't they have a paintshop in Quebec even before the ProCycle takeover, or did I dream that?

Anyway, welded in Taiwan, painted and assembled in Canada justifies a Made in Canada sticker under your consumer law. So only an honest man would hold back from saying it, and honest men are wimps right?

But are the 'I's all really 'T's in any case?

As I have one I can confirm my I is an I not a T. I think I mentioned in the serial thread, mine is one long serial number not split like the T one.
