The elastomers are in good condition

The grey 'lower legs' come of, the inner 'stanchions' do not.

Service guides are in the Archive&Gallery
http://www.retrobike.co.uk/gallery2/v/M ... e/Service/

You may want to WD40/GT85 the insides and seals to get them to move a bit.

The thing is, lower legs doesnt come off. İ looked at the sevice manuel and it says there is a hex key inside the legs. But as you see in the picture, there is not any hex key in the legs.

Re:

Have a knock around it could be something in the way.

It may be like the mag (so follow 93 Quadra) and circliped in

Re:

I'm not certain but I think that what you are seeing at the bottom of the stanchion is simply a cap that the elastomer 'sits' on. If you can remove it you'll see the top of the hex bolt a couple of inches further down.

I fallowed 93 Quadra, removed retaining ring, sharply pulled down lower tubes but lower tubes didnt come off. I sprayed all of the part with WD-40 for 2 days to remove them easily but when i pulled down lower tubes, something hold them.

Re:

I've not done 93 before, but if they are anything like mags then a pull will not separate them. 100PSI+ often does the trick, but they are air oil forks.
The seals hold them tight in place.

Unfortunately without the Q10 in front of me, not a lot I can advise.

Clean them out, dump fork oil in and let it swap into the bushings etc.
Dump it out and see how it moves.
