Speaking to a couple of people about this, but nothing certain yet, so join the conversation if you’re interested!
I’ve found a Deore-level wheelset (on Mavic 221) this could come with. Happy to throw in the bat and stem, seatpost.
Have various sets of canti’s, mechs, some shifters etc if someone wanted a cheap build kit.
