Yepp, we often set my bike up on Dave's roof and then I sit on it whilst Dave drives the car up a big hill. We have found it is the best way for the both of us to arrive at the top at the same time ;)

I have officially gone soft and acquired a 39t chainring to replace the 42t which is already fitted. :facepalm:

I can't believe i'm even talking about gears.

Still won't keep up with the ginger ninja though....
 



will you ever grasp the idea of the retro ride? they are supposed to be a social event,not lets find the steepest hill and try and ride a shagged out old bike up it.nothing has been learnt from last years poor turn out at the series and this year will be the same. you would probably be a much better turn out if you went along the lines of the MTB rides where it is more about having a good time not the athletic performance
