I've not voted cos I don't know. though from my experience duplicate accounts/users can be found by admins and vigilant mods. though some people make it obvious with their user names and e mail addresses let alone same user ip and MAC address.

Sock puppetry is rife I am afraid, I find this especially on sites where high value sales are involved. I don't think RB is really in that league, for the effort of maintaining that kind of 'deception' is easily more than it is worth.

Trolling is something else though, I don't understand what anyone gets out of it.
