Build it.

How solid do you want it?

I would go for brick walls if it were a permanent fixture, at least one wall.

Full insulation, full electrics, water, etc. up to spec if it is permanent but you don't need to do all that initially.

If you just want a quick cheap shed, the only thing I would say is shiplap is your friend, and they now make smoked polycarb corrugated sheets in the asbestos profile, so single pitch roofing can be simple and tough. Shove some tar paper on the inside and insulate it, shove some ply up for some of the area at least to give you somewhere to hang things, and the one thing people seem to neglect is the floor, I like a wooden floor for my work area, if no vehicles are going in and out, and it is better to make it raised properly on joists and proper t&g with insulation underneath, not those chipboard panels, eughhhhh.

Is the area you have surrounded by walls or fence or what?

Oh yeah, watch those TV shows about sheds for inspiration!

I love sheds!

Currently working on a design for a fold out shed.

:)

Costco were doing some really nice prefab plastic jobbies... about £1500 if I remember...

Realise it's probably bust the budget - but I do remember thinking what a nice cave they would make...

big eck, your big so id say go find where a yeti lives, take him on - win, then live in his cave

a hermit yeti

I was thinking about something about 10x10 to go behind the man cave as storage to free up space in the man cave for more stuff.

Metal is sweet.

Steel, heavier but more feel.

That shed in your link is sweet.

It is up to you whether you can take the hassle, but the materials run to half what they are charging at the most.

I would regret not having plenty more light coming in.

:)

i got one from these. Similar to the pic with the motorbike in it, but bigger. mine's 10' x 12', metal door, no windows and cost a grand

Ive since painted the walls with green fence paint to blend it in with the garden. Well chuffed with it.
edit - you'll have to do a proper hardcore & concrete base.

I got a 10x8 shed recently from these guys http://www.forestcraft.co.uk/
£495

They came and built it and everything :)

They do loads so might be able to make you a mansion shed for your budget

All I needed to do was sort a firm level base for them to build the shed on.
