Raleigh R bolts NOS *UPDATE* found two classic/vintage bolts

As per title I have some NOS Raleigh R bolts I belive these are seat clamp bolts for the built into frame type clamps i.e racer & fixie but I'm no expert I'm a bmx bandit not a road bike boy
