Please keep an eye out **Stolen bikes**Not good news**

Real wounder!!

Nobody ever sees anything! When i lived in manchester some years ago.A house near where i lived was emptied of all its contents, and when i say all i mean all! Including carpets, curtains and all light fittings. Turned up with a removal van and eerm, removed.

The good thing for you is some little dick will have to try and get rid of lots of bikes. And in a strange way it may be easier to locate the thief.

Lets hope so.

All the best,Al

My word that is awful - every collectors worse nightmare

What have you got back? Anything yet?

That's truly horrible. I thought your original post was bad enough, but then when you've found out what happened...

Terrible stuff. One can only assume they were stolen to order, or else were stolen as the scum knew they were there.

Have you tried putting this all over the net? Bikemagic, STW, etc, etc, etc. The more places that know, the more chance there may be.

As mentioned before, surely someone will spot something...

Feeling your pain, old chap.

Good news about the Cinder and Hei Hei, trying to concentrate on the positive.

This scrap metal lark is getting daft, they even nicked the brass memorial plaques from a crematorium near me.

Thanks everyone, I'm afraid its not good news  as soon as I got to my parents garage and saw that the chain through the floor anchor was intact I knew what they had done

So when I got the phone call at about 4pm to say they'd found them, I already knew that they'd cut through all the frames to get them off the chain

They caught them trying to weigh them in for scrap :? I honestly don't know whether to laugh or cry :?

The one little bit of good news is that the boxes my wife took over didn't contain the NOS Cinder cone frame or Hei Hei so at least their OK.
