Picked up a 60s Raleigh not sure of the model

I think it's a Royale, can't make sense of the frame number and it's got curious lever arrangement for changing upper and lower gearsets
Just want to get a rear wheel and a chain for it and ride as is

Looks like a Gran Sport but that's just off the top of my head without thinking because I'm peckish

Your Simplex front changer, a type I used in the 1950s, can be very effective.
One in new condition was recently sold in US for about $600.

The Williams doulble chainset looks like 1960 ish, may have a date code, (look it up).
