Spotted a nice old pug which looked to have been abandoned round the back of Sainsburys in Shirley yesterday. Largish 10 speed tourer with straight bars. Not fancy but a nice practical retro steed. Was leaning up in the bike parking area, but with no lock. Lots of surface rust - looks like it had not moved for a while but would go back on the road OK.
Obviously worth reporting to the police if you did take it, to make sure it's all legit - of course it's possible that the residents of Shirley are a trusting bunch who don't bother with locks, but if it's still there now I think it's probably safe to assume it's been dumped.
