I have a quill ahead adapter with an Azonic shorty on it, I'd like to extend it a bit as it's 75mm.
Would a Syncros Cattlehead work on that as I need more reach.

Assuming it's a 1 1/8 "steerer" on the converter then I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use any stem as long as it was the same as the steerer - you might need some spacers as that Azonic looks chunky AF. I've got a drawer full so happy to karma them if it helps.

As above anything will work. Although a quill stem would be neater and lighter!

Quill stems are too short.
I guess I'm looking for a tatty Cattlehead then.
