Hi I’ve recently bought a Pashley Sovereign ladies bike, the bike is in superb condition
I’m trying to find out the year it was manufactured, I have the serial number 127266 which is stamped in the frame rear the rear hub but can’t find a Number beginning with PA,
Somebody said the Sturmey Archer would tell me that is printed 06 99 meaning June 1999 but I don’t believe that to be the year it was manufactured as the bike is near immaculate
Any advice appreciated
Neil

Sturmey "made in England" means it certainly is not very recent. Dynamo lights are another clue this bike could well be 25 years or older. Lovely specimen, maybe very well preserved or someone took the time to clean and polish it to this beautiful condition.
