Perch? I have some very tired perch in my freezer, I will be replacing them with just as tired Lampetra fluviatilis.
Or to perch? But I have no wings despite the airframe frame.

Found it now. Swiss bikes and the name is from Jutzler/Velo/Lausanne. Coincidence maybe? The surname is likely a translation from russian.
