Dumb question: why is it badged up as a Crescent, if it's a Merckx?

@vtwinvince - Crescent used Merckx frames from around 1986. He supplied them frames made with various tubesets and Crescent badged them up. I don't know how long this went on for, or how many EM frames they branded. Maybe until 1990?
