Overbury Pioneer - Any advice, information gratefully received!

Hello,
New to this forum as previously never had anything retro (other than myself).
Turns out my father in-law has an Overbury Pioneer. Bought in the early 90's or late 80's for his son to race on, but that's all we know.
Been looking through the forum and not come across any other elevated chainstay models yet. It's small, so I've only ridden around the block, but impressed by the welds.
Keen to know if there's any more of these about, were they common, are they sought after etc etc
Any information much appreciated!

(I know there's probably threads on these, but not found anything on these specific models)

This will attract some attention and also comments with it being used as a turbo training bike!!! The appearance of smooth welds are because it's not actually welded, but fillet brazed using molten brass to create smooth transitions between the tubes.

Gorgeous, it's an Overbury's but not a standard Pioneer. It is a much rarer E-stay model

Very nice There's at least a couple of the e-stay models on here. I'll try and dig out the links for you

Fillet brazed - that's the one! A lot more elegant result than welding.
To be fair to the father-in-law, it's only on the turbo as he's recently had a hip replacement, otherwise it's one of three bikes he quite often takes out!
