As title says really am after the differences in the frame geometry of the 17 inch orange clockwork p7 mid 90s an kona lavadome cindercone mid 90s, Which bike suits the rider with longer body an short legs. top tube length differences, stand over differences, an does anyone have both bike that they could do a vs against each other, plus an minus points, etc. Thanks, over to you guys for your thoughts.

im not sure how much the c16r differs form the clockwork but the explosif is very similer to my cindercone, should give you some idea though

Kona geometry would probably suit the short leg / long arm profile better. Although Orange frames are small, they have a reputation for being short in the top tube. This got better on the later frames, but even so the 17" only has a 21.5" top tube.
