oh dear........what have i started

im the second owner....it stands me at £7,000 now  dont know what the fuss is all about.

neil paid the £2,000 import duty etc, and the original £8,000 for the bike made to his spec by jeff

im not bothered on the price, its not a status symbol, just people keep bringing it up.

i wanted it as i loved the design, the passion that went into it and the fact its a wierd looking bike that rides better than anything i have rode. i have owned allsorts, and could of bought any bike i wanted, but i chose this as my 'special' bike that you only get one shot at owning.

I don't get it either, but you do, so it's cool.
Maybe I'd get it if I had the money? Maybe not...
Academic really!

Saw a really positive review about one of these in one of the major mags. Also saw one at Chevin Cycles in Otley. Think it was the owners.

Not my cup of tea but why do people care about the cost? If you've got it, spend it on what you want. If I had the cash I could quite easily spend that amount on a bike. Still got my eye on the £3500 2008 Vit T in Fulford Cycles, oh, and a £3000 Orange 5, oh, and your Yo ( ).

You can't take it with you. 8)

Had a look at the bikeradar forum after reading this and my god they're a strange bunch.

Personal favourite was a poster that springs up all over the place slating people's bikes/style/opinion having a hissy fit when someone else questioned his!
