Looks like you need to take out a few spacers out from under the stem.

Definitely meets the bike snob criteria too

Let me know how those Rebas are going after a few months, other than the local SRAM rep most people I know have found that they start to become rather ordinary after a while.

Welcome to the Moots club. Just look at those welds, that IS where artistry and craftsmanship come together to create something that is of a higher level. People offer to buy my bike from me all the time.

(Ignore the cracking stickers and I can tell you the trick to getting the saddle off the post later when no one is listening)

I had the same problem a while back. Got a large insurance payout when my flat in America was wrecked by flooding (idiot plumber upstairs set my sprinkler system off!). New or old was the question, in the end I couldn't resist the lure of a custom made Seven. Going through the whole fitting process, calls to the workshop, having every detail I've ever wanted put on to one bike, having tubing selected to my weight and riding style.
And when it arrived...the smell of a brand new bike, knowing that no other one out there is the same - can't be beaten. And you know for a fact that that is retro in the making (could even say it is now as it's hand made one at a time by a boutique builder - the way it always was!).
I took mine, built it up new style but with a retro twist: NOS ringle skewer, NOS syncros Ti post, NOS Cooks, Phil woods BB, may even put my NOS proshift groupset on it.

Nice one - bike for a lifetime!
