I know this might not be the greatest way to introduce myself, but; damn you all!!
I've been posting in the retro road forums for a little while now, and was all set for selling my not-exactly-retro 2004 Specialized Hardrock to make space for/justify the cost of two 70s road bikes.
Now I've entered this forum, and peeked at a couple of aftermaths, and you've reminded me of all the fun of MTBing that I'd managed to erase from my memory to facilitate life with no spare time.
I guess I could add a level to the shed, just above the bikes.. no-one needs to stand up in a shed, do they?
