New Classified Rules & Guidance and new Dispute Procedure

Not sure if this is the best place for this thread but it'll suffice.

We've also put in place a new procedure for trading disputes > http://www.retrobike.co.uk/wiki/Classif ... _Procedure . Such disputes are still very rare given the number of trades here but this new prcedure will allow myself and the mods to more effectively deal with these issues.
