I rode this frame as a kid when my Dad built it up for me (after pulling it out of a skip!). Found it today, down the side of his garage and we both wonder what it is?
Lug work is quite ornate and the seat stays are quite elegant. The serial number is present (23365) and is located on the top of the seat tube. Dropouts are marked Cyclo Benelux.
Any thoughts would be appreciated - I'm considering a restoration and it would help to know what it is...
