Just looked them up.

Would you recommend the first or second album for a novice such as me?

Oh I do indeed. I have loads of their stuff..

Got a load on CD but have their discography too. . . discovered the other day that a fair few of their songs cancel out my tinnitus.. which is bloody marvellous
