Loosing body weight question

I'm 18 stones at the moment and thoroughly disgusted with myself for getting to this size, it's through sheer inactivity.

I'm targeting 14 stones, which was my normal weight and come hell or high water I'm going to get there!
 
So back to cycling to work as well then. The way i cycle it could cost me my life with the London traffic.
My cholesterol is 5.9 to needs working as well.
 
Breakfast like a king.
Lunch like a prince.
Dinner like a pauper.

Eat less, move more.

Hunger is most likely thirst.

Have you thought about getting a lighter bike instead? Those Trimbles can be pretty heavy

Weight loss is merely economics my friend. What goes in must be less than what goes out. Unfortunately, like real economics, what is easy in theory is often much harder to put into practice......

Having said that, the breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper and drink more water than you are now should do the trick so long as your metabolism is kept high enough with exercise.
 
TT if your 10.5 stonish just now depending on your height I'd say your diet probably isn't too bad. What is your height/current exercising/diet like?
