Loosing body weight question

its not too much, get a workout dvd and eat healthy if you dont already and youd be looking at about 3 or 4 months to lose it i reckon

These worked for me:-

1. Never ever eat anything after 6pm at night - go to bed feeling hungry but drink a glass of water before you go.

2. Have a decent breakfast of quality cereal and fruit with a reasonable lunch and a light evening meal.

3. Eat less sweet stuff and drink lots more water.

I managed to get down from 17st 7lbs to 14st 12lbs when I was 58 years old. Harder than when I was younger, but with determination, it can be done.

Convince yourself that absolutely nothing is more important than reaching your target and therefore nothing will stop you - it's all a battle between your willpower and your tastebuds.

Decide which will win and make it happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4 months  not too long. Right no more chocolate, snacks. Will power

well it dont go over night do'it lol   unless you like plastic surgery which is expensive unless its in a seedy motel and you end up in a bath tub full of ice with a kidney missing, but thats a different story for a different time. yeah determination is key

i lost days on the cider diet.......ohhhh, weight you say? er.........

im usually heavy, 18stone in the winter, i was into bodybuilding and powerlifting from age 15.....went from 11st to 18st in about 5yrs.

now my normal weight is 17st.

recently wanted to get fitter, lighter before spring......started on smaller meals again, and more active on the bike.

lost 10lbs in first week.......protein/milk shake for breakfast, jacker spuds etc for dinner. fruit for snacks, lots more water to fend off hunger. more sleep.

lost 2 stone in under 2 month being pretty strict with myself. main huge loss is water weight from muscles.

main thing is every body is different, my normal weight is 16stone thesedays, give or take 3-7lbs.

tintin
indias great for the diet

i lost one and a half stone there in 4 weeks
seriously
the ironic thing is that the only things i could consume and digest
properly were haribo and coke (cola)( tho i did have a steak
that was fine (at a workmates house) by the end of week one i didnt
know if i needed a shit or a haircut settled out in week 2 thru
week 3 i was fine but week 4 i was seriously ready to go home
it took me about 4 months to recover from that trip

i was in goa with the work ,this was about 6 years ago
apparently it's better now
maybee i'm an extreme case too
i just never want to see that place again
ever

Have the cold i've just got rid of! One stone in two weeks! Sound like Peter Kay? 15stone in a day!!!
I've always swore by HIT training. High impact training! Either done on yer bike or running! For example running, Sprint the width of a football pitch and jog the length, sprint, then jog! It burns loads of calories and the wieght drops off! Hiigh Impact! Obv with your bikes sprint, rest, sprint rest! It really does work a treat!
Good luck!

It can be done, 13.5stone to 12.5stone since xmas, just through eating normal meals & excercising alot, lots of low weight, hi reps weights at the gym, lots of excerecise bike too.
