larger frame - parts/component swap £?

decided that my Rockhopper Pro 17" is just that little bit too cramped for my liking, so hoping to buy the same spec frame but in 19" which dimensionally is better and more comfy for my ageing self...

as 100% of my tools and knowledge is non-existent these days, would swapping the parts over be fairly simple?
what sort of time are we lookign at incase I end up taking it to a shop :cry: to do?

The main problem might be that the fork steerer may not be long enough.
Cables/ hoses too, but these are minor considerations.
Everything else should just swap over.
