Im suprised to be honest as I kind of expected it to glow.

The yellow and my green seem to have the same pearl/ met effect and obviously we’ve previously compared frame tubing sizes etc

If as Dan said less than 5 were Glow. It could mean that mine is the only known survivor

Just an update in case anyone finds themselves in a similar situation. The #25 hanger shown in the picture does indeed work perfectly. Back in business!

Does anyone know if there is a thread for these old sid forks? This is the one from my Kona and it needs to be rebuilt. I don't know if it is original to the bike or if it was added later. I can't figure out exactly what year the fork was made. I can't find a rebuild kit for the 1999 sid sl but I have found one for 2000-2008. I currently have another sid fork on the bike, but working on my bike has really made me want to revisit getting this one functional again, even if I have to do it myself. I took it to my LBS years ago and they kept it for a year waiting for the parts to come in stock. I finally gave up and went and got my fork back.
