Kona Hahanna upgrades - where to start??

What's the goal of the upgrade?

Are you looking to modernise, lighten, move up the food chain component wise?

I guess the goal is to make subtle improvements to components. But as suggested a good place to start will be replace tyres, brake pads and cables and see how that works. I know that if I replace the fork I lose originality so I'll wait and see if I still want to do that after I make other changes.
