5ft 8.. 19 inch frame. ?
Our man Kah Sept.. Sheldon Brown.. talked about riding slightly larger frames for relaxed riding position..

I’m 5. 10 .. 31 inch inside leg.
On yesterday’s ride I was thinking I should try raising my seat post a bit.
All my Konas are 19 inch.
My mate is a tad taller and rides a 20” cinder cone. His Seatpost is not set as high as most on here have theirs.
I think some of us go for what looks good as apposed to what is comfortouble in our advancing years

I own a 19" lava dome and I'm 6'2" 
It does have longer forks and riser bars, but it's the best fitting bike I own.
In fact I bought a much later 2008 Explosif recently in 19" to try and replicate the geometry of my old lava dome! If I hadn't bought that, I would have gone and snapped this up for £250 no worries
I'm only over th'hill in Bolton - we pronounce it BURRY here. My wife is from Worsley though and she pronounces it BERRY.

If it had been smaller i would of gone for this. Have had a wanted ad up for a '93 Explosif for years now 
Everyone is different but size wise for me, i am 5'10" and 17/18" Kona's fit me. The '93 Kona is long and low, i am stretched out on mine more than any other Kona, could not ride a 19" it would be too long for me.
