Looks good to me, if you still want to get it to around 20lbs then a tyre change can drop a pound of weight quite easily. (as inchanging to different, lighter tyres, not dropping the tyres off the rims completely!

Tyres are Geax something or another's, got them cheap off the bay, can't remember exactly what they weigh but about the lightest tyre I could find at the time. Now fitted that new seat post and I think it's added about half a pound.... :facepalm:
As is my way, not sure whether I will keep it like this as a Cinder Cone frame is on the way and some of these bits *may* end up on him....

Na, there's a conversation going on in my head that goes around about once every 24 hours and comes back to the same point - leave this as is and build the Kona up properly with retro stuff. As in, all the stuff I've sold over the last few months and now regret.... :facepalm:
