Is there a Workshop/Workbench thread?

It wouldn't matter, Pete clearly does not actually use that 'workshop'. OCD alert!

Cheeky! That was the day I built it...it now looks like this:

This is my work stand, consists of a Kestrel foldaway shop quality arm bolted in to a Halfords wheeled tool trolley:

Oh and nice dirt drop set up on top of the wall unit Pete 8-)

Cheers! That gets swapped onto the Roberts when the need to go all 80s hits me. It's a Bayliss LD stem, WTB bars and shifters and dia-compe brake levers with some Cunningham cable adjusters.

What Pete, who is obsessively clean, does not get, is that that the pictures show a neat freak setup worthy of a German, or a Swiss.

I wish my wife was that tidy!

Pete, If that's not one of those oh dear I've left my sex toy on the side in shot then I'm a Chinaman!!

If you mean the white thing next to the microwave, that's a mini paint roller head. Dirty, dirty chinaman!

Nice shop Mike, liking the way you have set it up for your tools too.

Ha hum, highlandsflyer your wife is looking over your shoulder as you type???!!!

Can you please let me know what you use to hang the bikes like that? I have mine in a floor rack and vertical storage would give me more much needed work space.

Cheapest are the best. The tough bit is making sure you put the hook in the right place so that the bike wheel just touches the floor:

You can get them for a £1 for 2 from Poundland. There is no point spending a fortune on some fancy solution!
