Is a road bike really worth it?

Just got a cannondale cyclocross bike and love it .....
Super fast and you can take it off road ;-)

Absolutely, just like that. At about 2mins 12secs in, that's me on my bike with the 50 tooth ring kicking in. Top choice of tune! The Chili Peppers were part of the soundtrack to my early mountain biking days
