Got a dawes Edge One SS & thought I'd ask, bike only used for mild travel.
Use vybe 27.2 x 400 suspension seatpost with a descent long shim in the 30.4 frame.
Is that OK or am I risking frame crack with this combo ? & the post goes into frame about 180 mm fyi as bike only needs a 350 mm, 399 gram titanium Brooks saddle USE is around 436 grams current bike weight around 10.6 kg.
