a tad small for me, if it were a 19 or 20" I would be keeping this to ride regularly, its a beautiful bike.

its an amazing pre "Gary Fisher", pre-Trek, Fisher - and probably one of the first with the evolution 1,1/4" headset. Made in the USA from TrueTemper cro-mo tubing - a lovely quality bike that really still looks nearly new in the flesh (despite its years - noone would think this is actually a 35-year old MTB!)

1-owner from new bike that I took on as I needed some parts off its single-speed conversion now I am parting with the best bit - the spotless frameset.

It will make a stunning build for someone due to the almost unmarked condition of the original factory paint. A little bit of surface chainsuck in the paint but that's about it - a perfect early Fisher MTB not to be missed if you are a fan of them like me.

£180 collected (Herne Bay, Kent) or £195 delivered nationwide (England & Wales mainland only)

.... or make me an offer for the complete bike if you prefer which now has a new pair of Ritchey Megabites and a new Ritchey saddle too (otherwise its exactly as the photo below taken earlier this week), I've been using it to get to the beach hut recently and its a lovely ride (just a tad small for me again, else I'd keep it forever probably) 1755269691782.webp

I just wish my Procalibre from the same era was in the same sort of condition - its just lovely to find a late '80s retro-MTB that doesn'e need re-painting for a change - its a tribute to its original owner from new this one, he clearly kept it indoors really looked after it - amazing he had the original receipt from the London bike shop it came from too (I wish everyone kept the original documents with their bikes, like car owners usually do, and were able to pass them on to new keepers, its a nice touch) 👌
